MARKETING

Your property will be advertised immediately and on the same day we receive instructions from yourselves. The property will be advertised on our website, as well as many other Internet property websites in order to get the best possible exposure. We may also advertise your property with newspapers or other media we deem suitable. In order to market your property more effectively, we will take photographs of your property for our website and website links.

VIEWINGS

We arrange and accompany all viewings at all times to ensure the safety of your home. We can also offer flexible viewing time from 9am to 8pm to prospective tenants. You will receive feedback from viewings, where possible.

TENANTS

Prior to any tenants undertaking any properties, they are professionally checked by a Referencing Agency, whom would carry out a full credit check and collate together references from employers, previous landlords, character references and financial status.

TENANCY AGREEMENTS

Once the tenant has been deemed suitable, we will prepare and draw up the Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and serve any necessary notices.

Where possible we will provide guidance to help bring the letting to a satisfactory conclusion. NB. Either party (Landlord or Tenant) can withdraw from the agreement until contracts have been signed.
